Years ago, we pioneered the introduction of pre-cut and pre-bucked Structural Insulated Panels, revolutionizing construction timelines. Additionally, Thermocore was the first to incorporate electrical boxes and conduit directly into SIPs based on custom building plans, streamlining the electrician's work process.

In 2010, Thermocore secured a patent for four-inch R-24 insulated wall panels, boasting the highest R-value at the time to seamlessly align with standard 4 9/16-inch window jambs. Building on this success, we further pushed the boundaries of insulation efficiency by unveiling 8 1/4-inch R-50 insulated roof panels, optimizing energy performance without compromising structural integrity. However, our journey towards SIPs enhancement continues.

Recently, Thermocore adopted second-generation polyurethane foam from BASF, known for its enhanced environmental sustainability. This cutting-edge insulating foam facilitates the creation of flatter, more stable wall and roof panels, simplifying construction processes while reinforcing durability. Though the new foam entails a slight increase in manufacturing costs, we are committed to maintaining our prices unchanged as part of our dedication to customer satisfaction, environmental responsibility, and ongoing SIPs advancement.
