Thermocore’s structural insulated wall panels provided energy efficiency to help this complex of 50 affordable housing units near downtown Indianapolis win the 2015 Lt. Governor’s Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing–Urban and 2014 Indy Chamber Monumental Merit Awards for Neighborhood Revitalization and for Real Estate Development. The design also won the 2017 American Institute of Architects (AIA) Indianapolis Citation Award and 2015 AIA Indiana Honor Award.
